Interning at Bukit Vista was definitely a highlight part of my university journey and am glad that I came across this opportunity during the pandemic.
I strongly resonate with the company’s core values: ‘Don’t Assume, Use Data’, ‘Be the Hero’ and ‘Details Matter’ and still hold on to these values today.
The people I cross paths with in the organisation were amazing - they were always happy to lend a hand and provided real time feedback that helped in my growth. The team across all levels were supportive and collaborative in helping me build the HR dashboard project that I presented as part of my internship journey. The recruitment process in Bukit Vista is pretty straightforward.

If you pass all the selection process, then we will offer you the contract to sign!
Bukit Vista’s working hours are from 9am to 6pm GMT+8.
At Bukit Vista, we offer flexible working hours to accommodate individuals who are still attending classes, as long as their schedules do not conflict with weekly chapter meetings. Our internship and work program allows for entirely remote work, enabling you to work from anywhere, even outside of Indonesia.
However, it’s important to note that interns participating in the MSIB program are required to complete their internship on-site at Bukit Vista’s Yogyakarta or Bali bases.
The primary communication language is English. Proficiency in both written and spoken forms is required.

We utilize Discord, Coda, Trello, Slack, Google Meet, Google Calendar, and other online tools based on the nature of your role and tasks
The Trial Program is a key step in Bukit Vista’s hiring process, occurring post the Google Classroom pre-trial preparation. It consists of a four-day period where candidates perform a set of daily tasks associated with their potential role. After successfully completing each day’s assignments—thus earning a ‘green light’—the candidate may be offered a position at the company.
